RICS Educators Attends the ICP Conference 2009

RICS Educators, Mr Manish Gidwani and Mr Satyajeet Gurung led by our Headmaster, Mr Gary Tan attended the ICP Conference 2009 from the 6th -10th July 2009 and engaged with principals from more than 1600 school leaders all over the world. The International Confederation of Principals convenes every two years for dialogue and professional development. The biennial convention brings together principals from around the world in a special community of practitioners to share and learn new developments on leadership trends and insights.

The convention provided opportunities to engage and share ideas with luminaries like Sir Dexter Hutt, Prof Andy Hargreaves, Prof David Perkins, Mr Michael Furdyk, Prof Kishore Mahbubani, Dr Gene Carter and Prof Yong Zhao in exploring important issues in the new educational landscape. Many partnerships and joint projects were also forged between RICS and other schools as a result of the rich exchanges and interactions between like minded educators.
