RICS ORGANISES DOW LIVE EARTH - RUN FOR WATER FOR INDONESIA

Raffles International Christian School organized the "DOW LIVE EARTH, RUN FOR WATER 2010", representing Jakarta, Indonesia. The event was conducted on the 17 April 2010. 9am to 12 noon. Participants are required to run or walk 6 km = 12 laps around the school, carrying 4 litres of water.

We are proud to announce that 136 runners participated, including students, parents, residents, staffs, companies such as AECOM and over 40+ volunteers plus 30+ staff members including security and policeman were present to help with this worldwide solutions based initiatives aimed at helping to solve the global water crisis. It was a huge success! The total number of participants is 206. We are also grateful for our sponsor POCARI SWEAT for sponsoring the drinks and cool caps for this event.

Thank you all participants for being a leader in playing a part in solving the global water crisis by creating awareness among our community and Indonesians, and taking a positive response to this global challenge. This is a worldwide largest solutions based initiatives aimed at helping to solve Global Water Crisis. We will be organizing the next DOW LIVE EARTH - RUN FOR WATER, 2011 INDONESIA.
